The 'Bacon"' is still King

Still on our way to Canada, this time with Air Canada.

Of course, the one hour trip from Toronto to Ottawa had lovely comfortable seats with a great video system. Since we only had one hour, several of us tried to watch the movies on fast forward. This didn't seem to detract at all from ''Footloose 2011".

Footloose 2011 should've known - you can't outdo "'the Bacon"'.

Flying with Austrian Airlines to Canada.

Our flight was so uncomfortable, that after only a few hours it felt like we had been flying for 8 hours.

 At first, I put it down to not having flown for a very long time. But no, it was actually that the chairs seemed to have been ergonimically engineered to maximise discomfort/ In addition, Austrian Airlines decided to run the air con a few degrees hotter than other airlines which usually like to keep the cabins quite cool. We decided this was dueto the Austrian fear of Zugluft.

So, instead of getting ''sick"' from zugluft, we can get sick from heatstroke. Genius.
